We have been growing garlic since 2012 and totally love this chemical-free Australian grown garlic.

Stocks will be limited due to the 2017-2018 drought conditions we experienced in the Hunter valley. We are hoping 2019 will be a better and bigger planting season for us.

Harvesting and curing will take place November to December for us. Once cured its fresh and has an amazing garlic taste and mild chili flavour. Its wonderful for flavouring soups, adding to stir fry dishes, eating raw diced into salads and of course garlic bread. Grate, dice or chop and add it to everything.

Store garlic: Store garlic in a cool, dry, ventilated space. If it starts to sprout before Easter time, do eat it as very mild in taste and lovely and you would not want to waste anything garlic.

Packs: To give you an idea, 180-200g = 4-5 garlic bulbs. small to medium sized.

Our garlic is purple but depending on soil condition, weather etc… the colours can vary as per our photo’s above.

Please note, we only post garlic within NSW / ACT.

Postage can take up to 7 working days from our little post office. We try to dispatch on a Monday so you receive it nice and fresh by Friday. Aust Post tracking number will be sent to you.
