‘summerhouse’ wood-fired outdoor bath

It is always our goal at LVF to create an experience that enhances and amplifies the beauty of the natural environment at our farm and our valley home. We have always loved our pond for its stillness and the way it attracts wildlife. It reflects sunlight into the house and, when it is still, creates mirror-like-refections of the sunsets and stars.

To make the most that, and to create a place to take it all in, we have built a deck hovering over the pond to house a Stoked Stainless wood-fired bath. It is an incredibly relaxing thing - hearing the roar of the fire and the frogs singing as you float over the water. Being wood-fired you can take warm long baths for hours if you wish.

In summer the bath is an excellent plunge pool. In winter we love morning baths in the freezing morning frost and watching the day unfold.
