Alpaca Workshop & Training

Join us in an intimate workshop on farming Alpacas in the Hunter Valley.

Our monthly workshops have attracted people from all over NSW.

Most attendees own a small herd or have recently purchased a property and want livestock. Some come because they love Alpacas and want to know more about them..

With over 5 years running these workshops, with hundreds of past attendees, there good reason we are the most established in this field.

Hands On Alpaca Husbandry

This free follow-up session to our Workshop helps provide long term confidence in handling and husbandry tasks.

Join us as we routinely carry out husbandry tasks on our own herd including Nails, Vaccinations & Health Checks.

By repeating tasks on different animals you will progress very fast. You can do as little or as much as you like, with the aim to be confident in all aspects of Alpaca handling.

Alpaca Experience Tour / Venue

Want to spend time on the farm with friends, family or colleagues? We offer a private experience for small groups or corporate events. 

Relax, unwind and make use of the facilities on the train. Get a tour by Daniela and Euan. They can introduce you to the world of alpacas on our off-grid sustainable farm.

Come and adore our alpacas and the peace and quite of Wollombi Valley country life.
